Title: Create, Coordinate, and Communicate a Successful Giving Program
Responsibilities: I worked with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to gather key information and create a script and storyboard outlining the learning journey. Collaborating with the media team, we designed visual assets aligned with course objectives. I developed the interactive elements using Lectora, embedding the activity as an iframe in the course's HTML. The course was then successfully coded and published in our Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities: I partnered closely with SMEs to learn the product deeply, outline the curriculum, script and storyboard each module, and collaborate with a media specialist to create a cohesive thematic learning experience. I developed the course using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within our Thought Industries LMS. This onboarding experience received a 95% customer satisfaction rating and became a key driver in helping new users adopt Growth Method with confidence.

Responsibilities: I collaborated with an Accounting SME to gather key information for learners. After outlining and storyboarding the instructional video for structure and flow, I developed the video in Camtasia, incorporating closed-captioning for accessibility. The video was embedded into the course using custom HTML and CSS to ensure a seamless user experience, and it was fully optimized for mobile devices, making the content easily accessible on any platform.

Responsibilities: I scripted and developed an interactive software tutorial using iorad, providing a step-by-step walkthrough of custom fields and the pre-approval process. The tutorial, a fan favorite among learners with a 93% completion rate, offered clear, bite-sized instructions that maximized engagement and reinforced retention. Its interactive format allowed users to follow along in real-time, improving understanding and reducing external support needs.

A proper Needs Analysis includes engaging with key stakeholders to identify specific challenges and training gaps found via data analytics, surveys, and interviews. This process culminates in a detailed deliverable that outlines the identified problem areas, learner profiles, and recommended training solutions.
In script writing, the focus is on crafting relatable stories and real-world scenarios that resonate with learners. Scripts are designed for scenario-based learning, immersing learners in practical situations. Storyboards and mock-ups are created to showcase the visual design, user-experience, and mobile responsiveness.
In the development phase, storyboards are transformed into interactive and immersive eLearning experiences with the help of course authoring tools (Lectora, Storyline), native LMS elements, and video development software (Camtasia). Courses are delivered on schedule and fully customized with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
The final stage of course development includes a comprehensive review to analyze customer-centric metrics such as learner satisfaction, enrollment, completion, and engagement. This review also incorporates performance indicators like assessment scores, knowledge retention, and post-course feedback. By analyzing these metrics, we aim to measure the ROI and overall quality of the learning experience.
